HI, I'M MALKA
I am a trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher and a Positive Psychology Coach. I work with people just like you, struggling with the challenges of stress, who want to finally understand how to stop reacting anxiously to stressful situations, create new positive ways to interact with others, and make the struggles with stress a thing of the past.
I offer eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes in the Boston area four times a year
